The last 3 years since the start of the Covid pandemic has been challenging for all of us, to say the least. Some of us escaped it .... and others were not so lucky.
Either way, we have all somehow been affected in a significant way, whether or not we admit it. Living in some degree of fear and having to juggle our lives and change our routines has impacted everyone. Although things have opened up, it is still not over.
It is still a good time to work on your immunity. And what does this actually mean? If you have any imbalances and health issues, it is a good idea to sort it out. Doing things like meditation, yoga,acupuncture, qigong & taichi are helpful to restore balance and reinstate your connection with nature.
If you have developed some condition in the last 3 years, or have some issue that has gotten worse in this same period, it is a good idea to do something about it. It may be a residual leftover from when you caught Covid, which was not properly treated.
Chinese Medicine has always recognised that any viral condition, not properly treated, can leave a lingering condition for a long time,which is far from a state of health.
